We want you and your pup to be 100% satisfied with your SPARK PAWS gear. If the fit isn't perfect or you change your mind, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label. We provide flat-rate return shipping for your convenience.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items (unworn and hair-free) back into the original mailer or a secure package, ensuring all tags are still attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your items, we will issue your refund or ship your new size within 3-5 business days.
